Assistant Manager - Pearl, MS

Landmark Management Group is seeking a strong Assistant Manager for our large community in Pearl. The primary responsibility will be to assist in all phases of the operation of the property.  An Assistant Manager is service oriented and will be the primary communicator to all prospects, residents and vendors. Collecting rents and controlling delinquent accounts is a very important role in this position.  You must also be able to assume the responsibilities of the Property Manager in their absence. To be an effective Assistant Manager you will need to:
